# Nickname Change

After the recent DAO Voting, in order to make the players' nicknames unique, all existing nicknames will be transformed to a maximum of 9 choosable characters.\

All users can modify their first nine characters. So, if a user currently has a nickname longer than 9 characters, it will be shortened after the 9th character and appended with a '#' and some auto-generated characters. For instance, 'Jonathanlivini' would become 'Jonathanl#aa11'.

Verified users (Blue Badge) and DAO team members have the option to choose nicknames with a length of up to 12 characters.
